"How do we get more girls/women interested in this industry?"
We are dedicated to supporting women pursuing careers in aviation through financial assistance and mentorship opportunities. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we work to break down barriers and create pathways for success in the aviation industry, continuing Dave's vision.
Since our inception, we have awarded scholarships to numerous talented women pursuing careers in aviation. These recipients have gone on to become pilots, mechanics, engineers, and leaders in the aviation industry, breaking stereotypes and contributing their unique perspectives.
By supporting women in aviation, we are not only honoring Dave's legacy but also helping to create a more diverse and inclusive aviation industry for future generations.
